Returnable Packaging:
The tray pictured will ship lifter valves from Michigan to Wisconsin where they are assembled. The tray material was chosen to eliminate contamination from tray shavings while providing durability for transportation. Parts are placed in the tray manually and the tray moves over a conveyor to the next operation. The trays stack and are shipped as part of a pack that includes a returnable pallet and lid.
Shipping Containers: Truck Bumper Rack/Dunnage Boot.
Truck bumpers were vibrating out of the steel shipping containers during transportation. The urethane boot was designed to reduce the amount of vibration occurring in the containers during truck and rail shipment. The slip-on boot significantly reduced labor costs associated with modifying the existing saddle. Poly Flex will design custom dunnage solutions for the toughest shipping rack applications, including; engine saddles, transmission saddles, body panels, glass, bumpers and fascia to name a few.
Dunnage Bars - Ready to Ship
Poly Flex Products has a comprehensive inventory standard dunnage bars including: Brush Rubber, Comb Rubber, Cone Dunnage, Flat Rubber. PFP will produce dunnage bars for a variety of materials and processes such as cast urethane, thermoset rubber and thermoplastic injection molded resins.
